I skated to relax, to feel accomplishment, to work towards small goals while building on the big picture. Much like when I work in digital art, skateboarding focuses my mind and let's me see things from a new angle, deconstruct them and piece them together.

Created in XSI, using the absolutely fantastic T2S shaders on every object. This two week project saw the creation of a full skateboard, down to the last little bearing ball and kingpin bolt.

Featured on Xsi community forums and 3dTotal, I'm proud of the reception the project received. The detail was not in vain either, as a construction render was made for a skateboarding clothing company.
